2. Services: 2.1 The Placement Agency agrees to provide placement services to the Client in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement. 2.2 Placement services may include, but are not limited to, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for employment..
3. Fees: 3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Placement Agency the agreed-upon fee for successful placements. 3.2 The fee structure, including any additional costs, will be outlined in a separate fee agreement between the Client and the Placement Agency.
4. Placement Guarantee: 4.1 The Placement Agency may provide a guarantee period during which, if the candidate is terminated or resigns, the Placement Agency agrees to provide a replacement candidate or refund a portion of the fee. 4.2 The guarantee period and terms will be specified in a separate agreement between the Client and the Placement Agency.
